Thank you for shopping at YNY. Each item is carefully inspected by our quality control team before shipping.

Return Policy

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all labels intact.
  • Refunds will not be issued for items not returned in their original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • All returns must be approved by our Customer Service team before sending back.

Color Issues

Please provide photos (in natural light) of the item, packaging, and labels.

Size Issues 

Place the garment on a flat surface and measure bust, waist, and hips. Send photos of the measurements for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items that have been washed, worn, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned more than 14 days after receipt

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled if requested before shipment. Once processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
